Education is important. One of the most importanty things in the whole wide world, but bass is definitely much way more importanter!
Our tame guitarist doesn_??t write very well, he can_??t do math to save his life and he doesn_??t know a damn thing about politics or history. Come to think of it we_??re not sure he knows where he is some of the time.
But that doesn_??t matter to him, or to us, because put a bass in his hands and off he goes. You just can_??t help moving your feet. He_??ll do great things with his guitar and it ain_??t no education that_??ll get him there, it_??s straight up bass.
We here at Me By Me think that education is totally important and stuff. But we_??d rather play bass. It_??s great to be able to list the capitals of the world in order of population, but when it comes down to it we think it_??s much better to be able to lay down some painfully funky bass lines.
You could spend your whole life learning stuff, but where does that get you? Same place but with more stuff in your head.
With a bass in your hands, you can go anywhere, do anything, and be funky as all hell while you_??re there doing it.
