Someone once said that the best things in life are free. We disagree.
The best things in life come in many shapes and sizes, they can be all sorts of different colors and materials, but they all have one thing in common, they’re guitars.
Let me put it to you this way, it’s a beautiful sunny day, the birds are shining and the bees singing, flowers nip at your heels as you sit back in the tall grass with a beer, picking up ticks and Lyme disease.
You go on past the wasps stinging everything to death and birds laying their eggs in other birds’ nests, not noticing the root sticking out, exposed by the recent rain. Then as you tumble down the slope nettles sting you all over.
Then suddenly it hits you, no not a branch to the face (although that is a possibility). It’s that all this free stuff sucks.
Screw this you think, and hobble back to pick up your guitar. That’s better, free stuff is great but it isn’t always. The thing about guitars is that they never stop being the best thing ever. Ever.
You can always pick up your guitar and make the world feel like a better place, even while covered in ticks and stings.
